Each day I 'try' to set aside some time to do some guided meditation. I do it through a free app called Calm. They have a '7 days of calm' program and then after that you can practice breathing techniques, do timed meditation and more. It will even remind you each day to meditate at a certain time if you wish. I just wanted to share with everyone who isn't using this app already because it has really helped me :)

I'm definitely going to try out Calm! I used Headspace for the 30 day trial, and I liked it, but it was a bit pricey to continue after the trial ended. Thanks for the tip!
